Section 65
In The Event Of Vacancy In Office Of Auditor
If the office of an auditor appointed pursuant to Section 60 falls vacant because of his or her death or resignation or for any other reason, the Board may appoint another auditor to the vacant office for the remainder of term of the predecessor by fulfilling the procedures laid down in the said Section. The appointment of an auditor so made shall be endorsed by the annual general meeting to be held immediately thereafter.
